The brief
Most AI training stops at calling an API and little more. The real jump —agents, Claude Code, MCP, and automation with AI inside the workflow— is exactly what companies need and almost nobody teaches.
At thePower I teach across three master's programs at once, with very different students in front of me: business profiles who want to build a product with AI, developers who need to master agentic development, and people learning to code from scratch. I've taught React and web development fundamentals, but the weight of what I teach is AI.
Teaching at that scale is what forces me to hold my own opinion: repeating what some YouTube video says doesn't hold up when you have to answer a senior engineer live, someone who's taking this straight to production.

What I take from it
This is what earns me authority to talk about AI outside the classroom: talks and tailored training for companies that need to adopt AI and don't know where to start. If I can take a student from zero to building agents, I can sit down with a team and tell them what makes sense in their case and what's just hype.
